After a fire at my Apartment Building, Tommy Murphy explained the next steps and brought a sense of calm. Found this company online. Husband's elderly uncle was living in filth in a Wash DC apartment and neighbors were complaining about the smell and the cockroaches. They came out the very next day, prepapred to to deal with rotting food, cockroaches, major clutter and heaven knows what else. Very accomodating- handled the whole process by phone.- we dont live nearby. I haven't been to the apartment but they were prompt, efficient and cleaned up a major mess- I am sure it was horribly dirty.

I received great service from SERVPRO. They quickly took care of the problem and cleaned up the mess in my crawl space after a neighbor's pipes burst and flooded my crawl space. Entry to the crawl space had to be done from inside the house. They took the time to put down a barrier in the hallway so they wouldn't leave a mess. Even after that precaution they still went back over the floors with a broom to make sure they left the house clean.
